Return Policy
We understand that it can be uncomfortable for customers to purchase online, items that they have not handled. We are more than happy to provide more detailed photographs and condition reports to give a better understanding of the item. It is very important for me that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us. We offer a refund policy, even for items that are not damaged. Please note that refunds are made on the purchase price only, it does not include any shipping costs. Refunds will be made on return of the item in its original condition. Returns should be made within one week of receipt.

Return and Refund accept within 14 days 
After receive the package for any reason you don't like the item, kindly email us soon as possible for exchange or replace it within 14 days. 
We will try our best to saw the problem to make the customer happy

1 Partial Refund

If the package returned to us because a buyer wasn't home or didn't pick up your package at your local post office or did not want to pay tax, I would only give back a refund for only the items price.
Or you can contact us to resend it again. However, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

2 Full Refund

If a package is damaged or misrepresented, I will give you a full refund.
or you can contact us to resend it again.

Anyway, We would like to see photos of damaged item or misrepresented item before giving 
you a full refund.

(1) After payment confirmation, item will be shipped the next day for the stock item and ship by a promise date for the order item.

(2) We follow the shipping address in your address Invoice not Paypal.

(3) We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. The address is Very important for the post please recheck before you submit the order if the package ship to the wrong address we can’t change it.

(4) Our standard method of shipping is using Registered Mail for the order under $50 (not including the shipping cost) and International Express Mail for the order over $50.

(5) If your order not eligible for Express Mail but you need it pleases contact us before you submit your payment for further arrangement.

(6) International Express Mail shipping usually takes 1-3 working days and Registered Mail shipping usually takes 12-21 working days to all countries.

(7) Please be aware that some orders may be delayed at customs or bad weather condition, and this is out of our control.

(8) All International Express mails and Registered Mails the packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package. Sometime postman will not do as above in different country you may need to contact to your post for that information or submit your email or phone number on your post site to receive a message alert update from your post (not available on all country please check on your post site)

(9) We are also not responsible for custom charges, we declare the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as gift. If you wish for us to not declare the full value of the item you need to let us know.

We do NOT offer a NON Registered mail (no sign, no track and no refund for the package) we need to prevent on our dispute in the future so every package will ship with Registered mail have a tracking number(need a sign, can track and eligible to refund) *****

Tip: You can go to USPS site (or your local post) then track on the package then you'll see the option at right hand that you can submit to receive a mobile message when the package is update. (Most of the post have this option if you are different country you can try to check on your post site)

This way will make sure you will get the last update from the post.

P.S. Some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection. The Post has no information on specific items awaiting customs inspection. Once an item clears customs, it is handed over to the Post for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination.
